You may be wondering if you have the strength or the courage to look at these issues, or if you even want to get help. It helps to have guidance, a witness, and an encourager to help you in your journey. I believe I can help you by offering these things as you explore and discover yourself.

I have been trained by Pia Mellody in Post Induction Therapy (PIT), which focuses on developmental immaturity (formerly called codependence) from childhood experiences.  Learn more about PIT.

I offer individual therapy and three day Intensive Family of Origin programs.

I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing - EMDR - as a way of treating trauma, abuse and negative self-beliefs.  Learn more about EMDR.

I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to ensure that you are comfortable with my style and I am the best therapist for you. This is time to briefly discuss scheduling, fees, and how I can be of assistance.  *Note regarding 30 Consultation: If you schedule a consultation but do not show up, the next step, should we decide to continue, is to schedule a paid session.
