Service Payment Options
You have several options for payment for therapy services. I take out-of-pocket payments and am an out-of-network insurance provider.
Having insurance pay all or part of your bill for mental health care means that the counselor MUST give you a mental health diagnosis. Many times, this means that diagnosis follows you throughout your life and can influence your qualification for health and/or life insurance. Because of the need for a diagnosis when using insurance, more details may be required regarding your presenting problem than you may be comfortable with others knowing. Because of these confidentiality issues with insurance, you may wish to choose to pay for services on a fee-for-service basis which means that clients pay for services at each session, out of pocket. I accept checks, cash, and credit cards as payment. Payment is required at the beginning of each session.
If you do prefer to use insurance, I am an out-of-network provider for most insurances, if you have out-of-network benefits. Contact your insurance provider to inquire if you have out-of-network benefits. Some insurance programs will reimburse members up to 80% of the fee. If you know that your insurance provides out-of-network benefits, all you have to do is let me know so I can give you a receipt.
I offer session appointments Tuesday through Thursday, including some evenings. Other times may be available upon request. Discounted rates may be available upon request.
Fees Effective January 1, 2022:
50 Minute Session - $150
30 Minute Session - $75
3 Day Intensive Workshop - $1,600
Professional Consultation - $150/hr
Credit Card Users:
After you have met with me to discuss fees, you may pay for your single session or package by credit card. To do so, click the 'Pay Now' button below. You'll be taken to the PayPal website, where you can complete the payment to Susan Sirianni safely and securely. You will need to fill in the amount you are charging.
